It depends on the model. We offer city/urban bikes (subject to availability), road bikes, and e-bikes. Check each model’s spec sheet or ask us and we’ll recommend the most suitable gearing for your route.

Pick-up and return take place at our Petra shop during the opening hours indicated in your booking confirmation. If you need to collect the bike the evening before to start early, just let us know: we’ll do our best, subject to availability. The return time is agreed upon when finalizing the booking.

A rental “day” runs from pick-up to return within the agreed day. In some cases, we may allow collection the evening before at no extra cost, subject to availability (not guaranteed).

We provide each bike with a spare tube, tire levers, and a mini pump.

Multi-tools, CO₂ cartridges, and water bottles are not included (available for purchase).

Range may vary depending on rider weight, elevation, wind, tire type and pressure, assistance mode, and temperature. Check the model’s spec sheet for the manufacturer’s estimated figures, and ask us to help tailor the route to your level.
