How do I book a bike?
The fastest way is on WhatsApp at +34 684 412 437. Tell us your dates, type of bike, approximate size (or your height) and the number of bikes. We'll confirm availability and price.
Do I need to book in advance?
Recommended, especially in high season (February-May and September-October). In quieter weeks we can take bookings closer to the date.
What bikes do you have?
Road, e-bikes, urban/family and, subject to availability, kids' bikes. Tell us what you need and we'll advise.
Can I rent by single day?
Yes. We have daily rates and discounts for several days or groups. Ask for a quote.
What routes do you recommend from Petra?
Depends on your level and the day. We have routes to Sineu, Bonany, Son Serra de Marina, Artà and Randa/Cura. We'll help you choose at pick-up.
Do you have e-bikes?
Yes, e-bikes with good range. Ideal for mixed groups or for enjoying Mallorca without suffering.
Is a helmet included?
Yes, an approved helmet is included with every rental.
Do you do quick repairs for visitors?
Yes, we handle emergencies and fast tune-ups. Call ahead to confirm workshop availability.
Do you have a coffee shop?
Yes, our cyclists' coffee shop is a meeting point for riders: coffee, snacks and bottle refills.
Do you handle groups?
Yes. For groups we prepare bikes, accessories and a route plan. Get in touch in advance.
Do you speak English/German?
Yes, we speak English, German, Spanish and Catalan.
